$20.00 refundable deposit and 1st months rent due upfront. All rent must be paid in advance.
In order to receive your deposit refund, the unit must be completely empty.
We also offer a lock rental, you pay $43.00 at contract signing. When lock and 2 keys are returned you will be refunded $37.00.
